Founded by CEO Robin Plaster in 2017, we have more than 35 years’ combined experience in the new-build structural defects sector.
Having previously been instrumental in establishing what is the second largest warranty provider in the UK, Robin and his team bring a wealth of experience and passion to the building warranty market. One Guarantee is able to provide cover on a range of properties from single new-build units up to £50 million mixed-use developments.
With our AA-rated (Standard & Poor’s) global insurer, you can be confident that our warranties will give you the peace of mind your property deserves. Our extensive surveying network means that we are able to offer warranties throughout the UK.

Our experienced team, based in London and Norwich, provides an efficient yet personal service to all our clients.
Your dedicated account manager will see each project through from the quotation stage to practical completion and we often look to meet with you on-site throughout the construction phase.
Not only does One Guarantee offer comprehensive cover under our structural warranty policies – which are accepted by the majority of UK mortgage lenders – we also provide access to building control via our Approved Inspector network.

One Guarantee is a Registered Code User and supporter of the Consumer Code for New Homes (CCNH). This ensures support and protection is provided to consumers purchasing new-build homes throughout the UK. The CCNH is a Chartered Trading Standards Institute Tier Two approved scheme.
